No, we don’t believe in binding contracts that lock you in. Our management agreement allows you to cancel after an initial 3-month period without any charges or penalties. We want our property owners to stay with us because they’re happy with our service, not because they’re obligated to. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Ventura Stays takes full responsibility for everything that happens during a guest’s stay, including any damages caused by guests. We handle all communication, repairs, and claims, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your property is in safe hands. Our goal is to provide a seamless, worry-free experience for our property owners.
In most cases we prefer to take furnished properties. With that said, we do examine each property on a case-by-case basis. If your property is unfurnished, we will need to review it and discuss the available options.
